Brenda K. Rodriguez, LMFT

Co-Owner, Therapist


Brenda specializes in treating parent-child relationship issues, anxiety and depression, couples in conflict, blended families, families experiencing separation or divorce, and adolescents with behavioral issues such as substance abuse, truancy, running away and general defiance.  Brenda also works with families struggling with adoption related concerns.

Karrie D. Damm, LMFT

Co-Owner, Therapist


Karrie specializes in treating individuals who have experienced childhood abuse or trauma directly or indirectly. Treatment focuses on healing anxiety, depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and Bipolar Disorder. Karrie also works with military families, step-parent families, couples and groups.

​Renee Monnet

Office Manager


Renee aims to provide quality and compassionate support to both staff and clients.  With 20+ years working in human services and mental health, as both a front line worker and in administration, Renee is committed to the wellness of  the Central NY community, one person at a time.  


Renee holds a Bachelors Degree in Women's Studies, with a concentration in Kinship Networks, from William Smith College, as well as a Certificate in Interfaith Ministry from Trilogy Institute.

​Kaylee strives to provide a smooth and easy experience for those seeking our services, providing assistance with any intake or billing needs. 


Kaylee holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Gender, Sexuality & Women’s Studies and is currently pursuing a Master's dual degree in Counseling and Mental Health Wellness & LGBTQ+ at New York University.
